• Pipeline builder who generates own business.
• Owner's mindset with region ownership.
• Road-ready: valid license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell to Home Depot/Lowe's and homeowners within assigned region.
• Own and manage your region with minimal micromanagement.
• Present designs, price, and close end-to-end; use tech for measuring.
• Maintain an active pipeline and weekly activity goals.
• Explain value and secure 10% contract commissions with no ceilings.
