Job summary

Community Living Services in Wayne, MI is seeking an Independent Supports Coordinator Mentor / Supports Coordinator Manager to lead person-centered planning and supervise internal ISC staff. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, and compliance with the Michigan Mental Health Code and CLS policies, while promoting self-determination and quality outcomes.

The role includes mentoring Coordinators, overseeing budgets, and delivering monthly training sessions to build a strong ISC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (required).
• Minimum 1 year experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities; QIDP status required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, and monitoring of Independent Supports Coordinators.
• Mentor ISC in Person-Centered Planning and Medicaid compliance.
• Monitor IPOS documentation and assist with individual budgets.
• Provide guidance and training to ISC network; facilitate monthly sessions.
• Ensure documentation compliance and service quality.
