Job summary

Community Living Services in Wayne, MI seeks a Social Worker Manager to lead a team of Supports Coordinators, supervise daily operations, and ensure effective person-centered planning and self-determination for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes training, leadership, and collaboration with the Supports Coordination Director, across multiple program areas within CLS. Local travel and direct supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Current, valid Michigan LLBSW license.
• Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) credentials.
• Minimum of three years’ case management experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review Plans of Service and Assessments; train team in developing and implementing plans.
• Assist coordinators in circle-building and engaging supports.
• Lead staff meetings and provide supervision and mentorship.
• Ensure documentation, reporting and compliance with funding sources.
