Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover specific counties in Ohio, Switzerland, Jefferson, and Scott. You will act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, develop agronomic knowledge, and drive sales by managing existing accounts and recruiting new ones.

The role emphasizes relationship building with growers, execution of sales programs, and collaboration with the Regional Sales Agronomist to support the territory and achieve district goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiations abilities.
• Successful dealer development and retention experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services in the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, directly or through a designated seller.
