Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover a Belmont County, Ohio territory. You will act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, develop agronomic knowledge, manage existing accounts, recruit new ones, and implement sales programs to achieve district goals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proven sales success, and the ability to work with limited supervision while building long-lasting relationships with growers and dealers.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience (ag, agronomy, crop production or seed sales).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales techniques and negotiation abilities.
• Proven success in dealer development and retention.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet goals.
• Strong relationship-building with growers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to grow sales.
• Implement Stine sales programs within the territory to hit district goals.
• Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and prospects.
