Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Union, Henderson, and Daviess counties in Kentucky. The role offers an established territory, strong support from a national seed company, and potential for growth in both professional and financial rewards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in agriculture, strong communication, and proven sales skills, with the ability to build relationships with growers and recruit new accounts.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques, as well as strong negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet sales goals for the district.
• Work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support in the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers, individually or through a designated seller.
