Syngenta Group invites motivated individuals to become Independent Seed Advisors for Golden Harvest brand corn and soybeans in the Midwest. You will sell, distribute and service seed products directly to growers, supported by a network of Syngenta agronomy professionals and sales teams.

This opportunity allows you to run your own business with flexible Midwest locations, agronomic and sales training, and access to digital tools.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze markets and develop territory plans.

Responsabilités

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand and educate growers about Syngenta solutions.
• Act as a steward of the Syngenta portfolio with agronomy partners.
• Recommend product placement to improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets in the territory.
• Collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights.
• Manage budget, selling expenses, and marketing funds within guidelines.
• Develop the assigned territory by adding new farmers.
• Forecast for customers in the territory.
• Develop a territory business plan with growth opportunities.
