Syngenta's Golden Harvest brand seeks Independent Seed Advisors to sell and service seed products directly to growers in the Midwest. Join a network with strong agronomy support and national Syngenta professionals backing your independence.

You will promote Golden Harvest seeds, build demand, and manage territory plans and budgets to grow sales and market share while maintaining customer relationships and delivering value to farmers.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to sell and service seed products directly to growers.
• Experience building customer relationships in agribusiness may help.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers
• Create demand at the customer level and inform about Syngenta solutions
• Recommend product placement to boost customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within the territory
• Collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights
• Develop territory by adding new farmers and forecasting needs
• Develop a territory business plan identifying opportunities and tactics
