Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Randolph, Monroe, Ralls, Boone, Audrain, and Pike counties in Eastern Missouri. You will act as the brand ambassador, build and maintain strong grower relationships, and drive sales within your designated territory.

You will work with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide technical support, develop agronomic knowledge of Stine products, and recruit new accounts to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques, strong negotiation abilities and dealer development experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to grow sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Develop and enhance relationships with current and prospective customers.
