About the product

HarmCheck is AI-powered software that integrates with corporate email systems to flag harmful, unlawful, or unethical language before it becomes a legal or reputational issue. It detects early signals of risk—like unfair lending, discrimination, harassment, and internal misconduct—and provides compliance, legal, and HR teams with real-time visibility into who may need intervention, training, or closer oversight.

HarmCheck is already being used by:

  • Global banks
  • Car dealerships with in-house financing
  • Retailers and tech firms
  • Professional services firms
  • Small businesses without full HR teams

What we're looking for

We’re hiring a freelance or independent sales contractor with 1–4 years of experience who is:

  • A self-starter with strong closing skills
  • Experienced in B2B SaaS or compliance software sales
  • Comfortable selling into legal, compliance, HR, or risk functions
  • Familiar with regulated industries like banking, automotive, or retail
  • Motivated to move quickly and build early traction

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours and commission-based compensation (with monthly retainer options available depending on experience and scope). You’ll set your own schedule and work independently to generate leads, close deals, and report on progress.
