Qualifications

Tarkett Hospitality has a great opportunity for Independent Sales Representatives!

We are seeking Independent Sales Representatives across the country to join our talented team. This role involves developing new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing customers to expand territory market opportunities. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and acquiring new customers through calling, emailing, and social media advertising.

Creating a memorable guest experience is central to providing excellent hospitality. From hotel lobbies and luxury bedrooms to restaurants and bars, our flooring solutions add world-class design, comfort, and cleanliness. We offer a wide selection of colors and designs across materials like vinyl, wood, laminate, and carpet. Our sustainable flooring solutions help protect the environment and promote guest well-being.

To succeed as an independent sales representative, you should be dedicated to achieving sales goals with minimal supervision. An effective candidate demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills and consistently delivers excellent customer service. This role is ideal for an existing flooring rep looking to expand their product portfolio or someone aspiring to be their own boss.

Compensation & Benefits:
