Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group in Kaneohe, HI seeks an Independent Sales Representative to drive pre-need sales for Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. This is an independent contractor role with commission-based pay and the opportunity to build a local sales presence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-planning decisions.
• Set appointments and deliver impactful pre-planning presentations.
• Use Navigator to complete contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Utilize Velocify to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-ups.
• Generate leads via cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing “whatever it takes”
• Stay informed about veterans’ benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
