NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an Independent Sales Representative in Naples, FL to drive pre-need sales in your local market. This position is an independent contractor role with commission-based pay and the potential to earn $70,000 or more annually.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of direct sales experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will engage with families, educate them on pre-planning decisions, and manage end-to-end sales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-planning decisions.
• Master the art of setting appointments and delivering impactful pre-planning presentations.
• Use Navigator to complete contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Utilize Shape to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-ups.
• Employ methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and events to generate leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing what it takes.
• Stay informed about veterans’ benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisions.

• Follow-Up: Utilize Shape to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-ups
• Prospecting: Employ various methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events to generate leads
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing “whatever it takes”
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about relevant topics, including veterans’ benefits, social security, and end-of-life decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of direct or in-home sales experience
• 2+ years of public speaking and presentation experience
