Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking self-motivated life insurance sales professionals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. You’ll manage your own pipeline, set appointments, and guide clients through underwriting and policy options.

This position offers exclusive carrier access, mentorship from Ben and Andrea (agency leaders), and ongoing training via weekly team calls. Licensure is required or planned before first sale.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state life insurance license or plan to obtain one before first sale.
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and schedule calls.
• Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself is preferred.
• Comfort with web-based tools and a CRM.

What you'll actually do
