Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Sales experience and experience generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to serve clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator docs.
• Manage daily route to ensure on-time delivery.
• Load/unload product per policies.
• Review invoices for accuracy and corrections.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, and install new accounts.
• Communicate pricing and service methods clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and perform other duties as assigned.
