Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives to sell residential roofing solutions to homeowners across California. You will attend in-home appointments, present products, assess needs, and close deals through the company’s proven process.

This is a true independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential. With a commission-based structure, earnings can be substantial, supported by pre-qualified appointments, training options, and ongoing resources.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend/descend ladders per safety procedures.

Responsibilities
