Job summary

Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives in Los Angeles to drive in-home roofing sales with an uncapped commission structure. You will present products, qualify leads, and close deals using pre-set appointments and strong sales processes.

Compensation includes weekly pay, performance bonuses, a $3,000 Quick Start incentive, and access to training and ongoing support resources. This is a contractor position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
Availability to meet with customers midday, evenings or weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.
Must be able to safely ascend/descend and work from ladders per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Use company tools for measurements and estimates.
Manage sales pipeline and close deals.
