Job summary

Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives to partner with us in delivering high-demand roofing solutions to homeowners. With strong brand recognition and pre-qualified appointments, you will have the tools to build a successful sales business.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, weekly pay, and a $3,000 Quick Start incentive, plus optional training and ongoing support as you manage your own schedule and grow your regional presence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.
• Must be able to ascend/descend ladders safely per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates.
• Manage sales pipeline and close deals.
