Job summary

Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives in California to deliver roofing solutions to homeowners. You will attend in-home appointments, present products, assess needs, and provide estimates while earning uncapped commissions with weekly pay and bonuses.

With pre-qualified appointments and strong brand recognition, you can build a flexible, commission-based sales business locally, alongside optional training and ongoing support resources.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
Ability to meet customers during midday, evenings, or weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel locally to customer appointments.
Ability to ascend/descend ladders safely per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates.
