Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives to partner with us delivering roofing solutions to homeowners. You will meet with customers at their homes, present roofing options, and manage the sales process with pre-qualified appointments and a proven system.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, weekly pay, a $3,000 Quick Start incentive, opportunities for growth, and the flexibility to manage your own schedule across California.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor mindset and self-discipline.
• Ability to travel locally to appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to meet with customers midday, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates.
• Manage sales pipeline and close deals.
