Job summary

Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives to partner in delivering our roofing solutions to homeowners. You will manage your own schedule, attend in-home appointments, present products, and close deals with pre-qualified appointments and ongoing support resources.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with weekly pay, performance bonuses, a $3,000 Quick Start incentive, and access to optional training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own schedule.
• Willingness to meet with customers during various day parts, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.
• Must safely ascend/descend ladders per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates.
• Manage sales pipeline and close deals.
