Job summary

Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives to partner with us in delivering roofing solutions to homeowners. You will attend in-home appointments, present products, evaluate customer needs, and close deals using our tools and support network.

This independent contractor role offers uncapped commissions, weekly pay, a $3,000 Quick Start incentive, pre-qualified appointments, and ongoing training opportunities to help you scale your own sales business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Availability to meet with customers during midday, evenings, or weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.
• Must safely ascend/descend ladders per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
