Erie Home is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help safeguard homes with expert roofing solutions. You will work with pre-qualified leads, attend in-home appointments, and close sales using a proven process.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience required; training provided.
• Must be available midday, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to in-home appointments.

Responsibilities

• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize & prepare.
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations & product demos.
• Use software for precise measurements.
• Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections – no roof access required.
• Negotiate & close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
