Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC, home of FIJI Water, is seeking a Sales Manager - Independent Retail to drive growth across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. You will manage independent chain retailers, DSD distributors, and broadliners, building strong relationships and delivering execution.

The role requires 5+ years in food/bev sales, data-driven selling using syndicated sources, and collaboration across Marketing, Trade Execution, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food and/or beverage sales experience.
• Experience with distributor management and key accounts.
• Experience leveraging syndicated data to drive selling stories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to customer accounts with FIJI Water teams or distributors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive SKU expansion.
• Develop fact-based selling presentations with actionable insights for retailers and distributors.
• Lead and participate in customer and sales meetings to increase share of mind and distribution.
• Communicate brand priorities and market insights to internal/external customers.
• Drive merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving objectives aligned with strategy.
