Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC, home to FIJI Water, seeks a Sales Manager - Independent Retail to drive growth across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. You will manage chain retailers, DSD distributors, and broadliners, using data insights to expand distribution and optimize shelf execution.

The role requires strategic selling, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Georgia, you will travel up to 50% to build relationships, deliver presentations, and negotiate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food and/or beverage sales experience, including distributor management and key account management.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging syndicated data and analytics to develop fact-based selling stories.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to sell to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage FIJI Water FIJI Retail and Broadliner accounts with growth targets.
• Lead field visits with distributors and partners to drive share of mind and distribution.
• Develop data-driven selling presentations for retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate CMAs and trade investments aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute merchandising, pricing, and shelf objectives.
