Job summary

Winston Retail in Wallace, NC is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to bolster in-store presentation and brand standards as an independent contractor. You will stock, replenish, and merchandise products while supporting merchandising projects and displays across stores.

You’ll build strong relationships with store teams, communicate opportunities and updates, and execute resets with accuracy and initiative in a fast-paced, flexible work environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with merchandising and visual presentation.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting apps.
• Adaptable in a changing retail environment.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
