Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to stock, merchandise, and reset displays in partner stores across the Sparta area. This independent contractor role offers flexible, project-based hours with a focus on visual presentation and planogram compliance.

You will communicate with store teams, document outcomes with photos using mobile reporting tools, and manage schedules to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move in retail environments.
• Experience in merchandising or consumer goods preferred.
• Planogram knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to meet brand standards.
