Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to provide ongoing store support and lead project-based merchandising initiatives. You will stock, display, and refresh products, while collaborating with store teams to uphold brand standards.

The role is independent contractor, requiring strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work across multiple locations. Training is provided and flexibility is offered to fit varying project schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and detailed feedback via mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to supervisors.
• Manage schedules and store visits to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
• Maintain high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all tasks.
