Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Williamston, NC. This is an independent contractor role focusing on stock replenishment, merchandising projects, and in-store presentation for leading brands.

You will work on a variety of stores, build strong relationships with store teams, and complete timely project updates using mobile reporting tools. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb and move across stores.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Experience in retail merchandising or planograms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to leadership and store teams.
• Manage schedules and assign store visits to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
