Job summary

Winston Retail in Mocksville, NC seeks a Retail Support Merchandiser on an independent contractor basis to support ongoing store execution and project-based merchandising across leading brands.

You will stock, replenish, and merchandise displays, ensure planogram compliance, build relationships with store teams, and report outcomes using mobile tools. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Smartphones required for reporting (iOS or Android devices meeting specified requirements).
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
