Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Henderson, NC as an Independent Contractor. The role involves ongoing store support and project-based merchandising with pay of $14-$16 per hour, varying hours.

You will stock, reset displays, and ensure planogram compliance while building strong store relationships. Ideal candidates are self-starters who work well independently and with teams, comfortable using mobile reporting tools, and capable of professional, accurate execution

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
