Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to work in Somerset, KY as an independent contractor. The role pays $14-$16 per hour with project-based hours and varying weekly time commitments.

You will stock, merchandise, and execute displays while building strong relationships with store teams and reporting via mobile tools. Ideal candidates are self-starters who excel independently, but also collaborate with store colleagues to ensure planograms are followed and visuals meet brand

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
