Chase Winters Worldwide is seeking experienced Independent Recruiters (1099) to join our nationwide network. This is a 100% commission-only contract role designed for entrepreneurial recruiters who want total scheduling freedom without the burden of cold-calling clients.

You will source and place candidates, manage full-cycle recruiting, leverage existing job orders, and coordinate interviews through offers.

Qualifications

• Source, screen, interview, and prep candidates for job openings.
• Hit the ground running on Day 1 with open IT requisitions.
• Coordinate client interviews and guide candidates through offers.
• Build and maintain a network of professionals for new openings.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Candidate Management: Source, screen, interview, and prep candidates for our active job openings.
• Leverage Existing Job Orders: Hit the ground running on Day 1 with open requisitions across IT.
• Coordinate Interviews: Manage the candidate pipeline, coordinate client interviews, and guide candidates through the offer stage.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Maintain a network of high-quality professionals for quick turnaround on new job openings.
