Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in heavy civil, rail, transit, or transportation projects.

• Strong ability to review plans, specifications, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates for capital construction projects.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
• Prepare high-level and detailed cost reports on project financial status.
