Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
10+ years estimating experience in transportation projects.
Diversified experience in rail, highway and aviation cost estimation.
FTA guidelines familiarity and funding requirements preferred.
Proficiency with industry estimating software and tools.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates at preliminary, intermediate, final, and release-for-construction stages.
Review estimates prepared by consultants and contractors.
Prepare estimates for value engineering studies.
Assist in constructability reviews.
Support negotiations for contract changes and potential claims.
