Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Site Quality Manager to own QA/QC on a mega-scale data center campus. You will report to the Quality Control Director and ensure work conforms to design documents, specs, and standards, providing independent verification away from schedule pressures.

On-site leadership includes overseeing QA/QC programs, witness/hold points, NCRs, turnover readiness, and collaboration with the Commissioning Manager to ensure smooth asset turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent QA/QC experience on large-scale projects.
• 10+ years QA/QC on mission-critical or heavy industrial sites.
• Knowledge of CSA/MEP QA/QC, ITPs, NCR processes, turnover docs.
• Procore proficiency and MS Office suite; codes/standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side QA/QC on campus construction to ensure conformance with design documents.
• Own the QA/QC program, inspections, witness/hold points and document verification.
• Audit contractor QA/QC programs and verify nonconformance management and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Site Commissioning Manager for turnover readiness and documentation.
• Mentor field staff on Fleet quality expectations.
