Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee QA across major construction projects nationwide, with a focus on data center and mission-critical facilities. You will manage inspections, documentation, testing, and compliance while collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to uphold top-quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of QC experience in commercial/industrial sectors, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficient use of MS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Control experience in commercial/industrial/missions-critical construction.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality control/QA activities across the project lifecycle.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and testing records.
• Coordinate material testing, equipment calibration, and internal quality audits.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare project submittals and quality reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support government inspections and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvements.
• Assist teams in delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
