Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Site Quality Manager to own QA/QC on a mega-scale data center campus. You will ensure conformance with design documents, specs, and quality standards, reporting to the Quality Control Director. The role emphasizes independent verification of quality, separate from schedule pressures.

You will lead the campus QA program, oversee inspections, and partner with Commissioning to ensure turnover readiness across CSA, MEP, and power scopes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction quality (QA/QC) experience on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with QA/QC processes, ITPs, and turnover documentation.
• Familiarity with CSA and MEP scopes and commissioning interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the campus quality plan and ITPs.
• Own the owner-side inspection program with witness/hold points.
• Audit contractor QA/QC programs and ensure credible inspections and documentation.
• Identify and close nonconformances with root-cause corrective actions.
