Job summary

Fleet Data Centers invites applications for a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a Tahoe-Reno data center campus, reporting to the Quality Control Director. This owner-side role insulates quality decisions from schedule pressure and ensures work conforms to Fleet's design and quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years in construction QA/QC, on-site leadership, and familiarity with CSA/MEP QA/QC, inspection/turnover, and commissioning interfaces. On-site five days a week, near Sparks, NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent QA/QC experience.
• 10+ years of construction QA/QC on large-scale projects with on-site leadership.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC across CSA and MEP scopes and turnover docs.
• Familiarity with applicable codes/standards and commissioning interfaces L1-L5.

Responsibilities

• Own the owner-side QA/QC program across CSA, MEP, and power scopes.
• Audit GC and trade partner QA programs for credibility and coverage.
• Identify NCRs, track closure and ensure root-cause actions.
• Coordinate with Commissioning Manager to ensure turnover readiness.
