The Periscope Group seeks an experienced Physical or Occupational Therapist to join its nationwide network as a consultant conducting one-time in-home medical necessity assessments in Stockton, CA. You will provide expert equipment and care recommendations, complete documentation online, and enjoy flexible scheduling as an independent contractor.

Candidates must hold a current PT or OT license, carry liability insurance, and be able to travel to member homes, lift up to 30 pounds, and use

• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at time of offer.
