The Periscope Group is seeking a Physical or Occupational Therapist to join as an independent contractor for one-time in-home assessments in the San Jose area. You will provide expert recommendations for equipment and care to help clients maintain independence and document findings through a secure online portal using your own device.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance may be purchased at time of offer
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel to member homes
