The Periscope Group is seeking an independent Physical or Occupational Therapist Consultant to perform in-home assessments across California. You will conduct one-time medical need assessments, provide equipment and care recommendations, and complete documentation through a secure online portal.

Requirements include active PT or OT licensure, ability to lift 30 pounds, reliable transportation, travel to member homes, and proficiency with online portals.

Qualifications

• Must hold current license as PT or OT.
• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate varied home environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Proficient with online portals and devices used for documentation.
