Job summary

Periscope is seeking qualified Physical or Occupational Therapists to conduct one-time, in-home medical assessments for our nationwide network. You will perform comprehensive evaluations and provide expert recommendations to help clients maintain independence.

You’ll complete secure online documentation from any device, with compensation ranging from $135 to $200 per assessment based on location and assessment type. This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active license as Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Comfort with technology and online portals.
