The Periscope Group is a nationwide network of physical and occupational therapists who perform one-time, in-home medical necessity assessments. You will conduct thorough assessments in clients' homes and provide equipment and care recommendations to support independence.

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to member homes.
• Ability to use online portals and upload documents.
