Job summary

The Periscope Group is seeking Independent Consultants in physical or occupational therapy to conduct one-time in-home assessments across the United States. You will determine medical needs and provide recommendations to improve home safety and independence.

As part of a nationwide network, you’ll work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling, receiving compensation per assessment, and access to ongoing education and mentoring programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Malpractice/liability insurance may be purchased at job offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in a patient’s home.
• Provide expert recommendations for equipment, services, and care to maintain independence.
• Complete documentation through our secure online portal from any device.
