Job summary

Qualifications

• OD licensed to practice optometry in the relevant state.
• MD/DO ophthalmologist licensure if applicable in the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care in eye and vision services within the store environment.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Manage your patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
• Provide high-quality eye care and general health guidance within your practice.

Education

Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school

Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
