Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist to launch services in Sam's Club. As a lease holder you will lead patient care focused on eye/vision health and general wellbeing within our stores.

Set your practice days, hours, and schedule; control fees and keep 100% of exam fees where allowed. Minimum qualifications include OD degree, valid optometry and ophthalmology licenses, and liability insurance.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license required.
• Ophthalmologist MD/DO from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Launch your services in Sam's Club and lead patient care in eye and vision health.
• Establish your days of practice and hours of operation.
• Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule.
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees where allowed by state.
