Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Sam's Club to lead patient care in eye and vision health. You will establish your own schedule, practice days, and fee structure while operating within the store environment.

Minimum qualifications include a Doctor of Optometry, valid state licensure, and professional liability coverage. This is a lease-based role with autonomy and ownership of your professional fees.

Qualifications

• OD from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
• General Liability Certificate/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Launch your services in Sam's Club as an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our stores.
• Establish your days and hours of operation and control your patient schedule.
• Set your fee schedule and retain 100% of exam/professional fees.

Education

Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
