Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our Warren, OH team. You will conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and document findings using our inspection software.

This is a contract/1099 role. You’ll set your own schedule, travel to assigned properties in Warren and nearby counties, and complete inspections within required timelines while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience in Default Mortgage Inspections is preferred.
• Experience with InspectorADE is a plus.
• Effective communication with clients and team members is essential.
• Ability to work independently, without supervision, to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder; willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status.
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings.
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed.
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics.
• Travel to Warren, OH and surrounding counties as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections and stay compliant with regulations.
