Job summary

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Field Inspector to join our team in Bryan, OH. You will perform residential property inspections to confirm occupancy status and document findings using site software, taking photos and delivering required documents.

The role is contractor-based, offering per-inspection compensation with flexible scheduling and the ability to travel to multiple properties in Bryan and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience in default mortgage inspections.
• Experience with InspectorADE software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Willing to obtain Shieldhub/ABC background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status.
• Document findings using inspection software and report results.
